Approach

My style is relaxed, open and direct.

I have a keen interest in humans and how we embody, relate and identify in the context of culture, politics and society.  More specifically, I am very much interested in the story you tell yourself about yourself, and how it connects and shapes the interpersonal (how you relate to others), the intrapsychic (how you relate to yourself) and the system (culture, society, organisations). This approach draws upon the rich and diverse schools of Transactional Analysis whilst maintaining its simple and accessible spirit – Our story and its context within the wider environment.

In terms of modality I sit firmly in the Humanistic school of thought, integrating the richness and diversity of Transactional Analysis, Systemic, Somatic and Relational practice.
